FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All our pieces are measured in UK sizes which range from UK 6 to UK 16.

Custom sizes are made for the bespoke NIDA SHAY line upon request.

Each piece is hand embroidered/embellished and hand stitched by the finest and high skilled professionals in our local atelier based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation, it takes 2-3 business days worldwide. Shipping costs are not inclusive of the cost of Garment and will vary according to the location where they will be shipped to.

At any time you email us with an order inquiry, you should receive an order form within 2 business days. Once you submit the form with details of your order, our dedicated team will get back to you with the time it will take depending on season and merchandise availability. As each product is hand embroidered, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and delivery.

All orders must be placed through our online website. Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with a third party.

Payment is done by bank transfer or Paypal. For bespoke orders, down payment may be required at our discretion.

NIDA SHAY wants to ensure each customer’s complete satisfaction. All items are checked for faults before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or not in the size you requested, please contact us at info@nidashay.com. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Please note that since each and every item is hand embellished and hand sewn there will be some irregularities that lend to the uniqueness of each garment. With all embellished garments there may be some loss of beading and crystals if not handled gently. Additional beading and crystals will be provided for such incidents however no extra embellishments will be provided after. Kindly ensure that each embellished item is handled with care and kept in plastic cover. All items are DRY CLEAN ONLY. In regard to garments with strong colours there may be risk of transfer as they may be hand dyed to get the perfect shade so kindly take care of getting them wet.

Any request to customize a piece from the NIDA SHAY collection can be submitted via email where you can be directly in contact with the Designer who can then work on creating a unique piece for you. While we work hard to ensure all requests are met as soon as possible, bear in mind that heavy hand embellished garments can take up to weeks to be completed and then stitched so please make sure that the orders are placed in advance.
